These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the fp777 platform. By registering or playing, you confirm you have read and accepted these terms in full.

Clause 1

Player Eligibility

To register and use the fp777 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

  • You must not use the fp777 platform if you have voluntarily self-excluded from fp777 or from gambling platforms generally, or if you have been excluded by court order or regulatory instruction.
  • You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party. All funds deposited must be your own and must not originate from criminal activity or be deposited on behalf of another person.

Account Registration and Security

Registration on fp777 requires you to provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and to create a secure password. The following rules govern account creation, maintenance, and security obligations.

Accurate Registration Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your fp777 account. This includes your real name, a Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control, and any other information requested during the registration process. fp777 may request additional KYC documentation at any time to verify your identity and the source of your funds. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.

Password and Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fp777 account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. fp777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact fp777 support immediately via the platform's support channel.

Account Suspension and Closure
fp777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account where: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the player has provided false registration information; (c) the player has engaged in fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse; (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to fp777 or to other players; or (e) required by applicable law or regulation. Where an account is closed for breach, fp777 may forfeit any remaining balance.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

fp777 processes all player deposits and withdrawals in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The following terms govern all financial transactions on the fp777 platform:

  • The minimum deposit on fp777 is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed in the fp777 cashier section at the time of deposit.
  • Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. fp777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or payment sources that cannot be verified.
  • Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to the extent technically possible. bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically process within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business hours.
  • fp777 may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal. Where identity verification has been requested and not completed, the withdrawal request will be held until verification is satisfied. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and does not indicate any wrongdoing on the player's part.
  • fp777 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or your bank) may apply its own transaction fees independent of fp777. Players are responsible for any such third-party charges.

All deposits made to fp777 are final once confirmed. fp777 does not reverse confirmed deposits. If you believe a deposit has been processed incorrectly, contact fp777 support immediately with the transaction reference number and the relevant payment provider's transaction record.

Clause 4

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

fp777 offers promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any specific conditions published alongside the individual promotion.

4.1
Bonus Eligibility and Opt-In
Bonuses are available only to eligible fp777 players who have fully registered, verified their account where required, and opted in to the specific promotion through the platform's promotion page or as otherwise indicated. Players who have self-excluded or whose accounts are under review are not eligible to receive bonuses. fp777 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
4.2
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by fp777 are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms and displayed in the player's active bonus section. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated bonus winnings being forfeited. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and can be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification.

Bonus Abuse and Manipulation
fp777 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, exploiting promotion terms in a manner not intended by fp777, or colluding with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes. Where bonus abuse is identified, fp777 reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings generated from it, suspend the account, and permanently restrict the player from future promotions.
Clause 5

Fair Use Policy and Prohibited Conduct

All fp777 players are expected to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on fp777 and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and legal action where appropriate:

  • Attempting to access fp777 using false identity information, a VPN, or proxy service in a jurisdiction where access is prohibited.
  • Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error will be voided and the affected player account may be suspended.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share live dealer hand information, or coordinate betting patterns in a manner that undermines the integrity of the platform.
  • Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool that interacts with the fp777 platform in a non-human manner without fp777's express written permission.
  • Depositing funds originating from criminal activity, or using the fp777 platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal money laundering or any other financial crime.
  • Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at fp777 staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.

fp777 reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, the affected account may be temporarily restricted. If an investigation confirms a breach, fp777 may permanently close the account, void outstanding bets, forfeit the account balance, and refer the matter to relevant authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fp777 platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works of any fp777 content without fp777's express prior written consent.

Clause 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fp777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the fp777 platform. This includes but is not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services. fp777's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your fp777 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the date on which the claim arose.

fp777 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While fp777 takes reasonable technical precautions to ensure platform security and uptime, temporary service interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, or circumstances beyond fp777's control. fp777 will not be liable for losses incurred during any period of service unavailability.

Clause 9

Amendments to These Terms

fp777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, fp777 will notify registered players via the platform's notification system or via the mobile number registered to the player's account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the fp777 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
